National Private Capital Limited (NP Capital) is a private company that is ultimately owned by a private investment group based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

NP Capital was formed to source and secure business investment opportunities for its stakeholders and to provide capital to private companies to:

• If the stakeholders of NP Capital choose not to invest in an identified business opportunity, then NP Capital can facilitate the private offer of securities to private or eligible investors (as defined in the Securities Act 1978) to raise capital - NP Capital has established relationships with external private or eligible investors and professional advisors who we are able to approach.
• We can consider investing for the long term in both minority or majority shareholding situations.
• Flexibility in the way we undertake an investment and how we work with business owners and investors is very important.

 

DEBT FINANCE

 

NP Capital has established relationships with traditional and non-traditional debt funding providers. If you are a "wholesale" customer that is having trouble and/ or needs assistance in sourcing business, commercial property investment or commercial property development funding, then NP Capital can assist. NP Capital will prepare your Funding Proposal and present your proposal to debt funding providers for consideration.
