Do You Need Debt Finance?

- Qualifying business related endeavours.
NP Capital draws on its proven experience and expertise to prepare a Funding Proposal that will incorporate all of a debt financier's initial information requirements.
NP Capital will then present your Funding Proposal to prospective financiers for consideration. Upon receipt of a committed debt finance offer document it will be delivered to you and your professional advisor(s) for review and acceptance.
NP Capital:
- does not offer a "financial service" as defined in the FSP Act 2008.
- is engaged as an intermediary, based purely on the aspect of sourcing debt finance - NP Capital is not a lending organisation or an insurance agent.
- will only source debt funding for qualifying "wholesale" clients.
NP Capital is not in the business of providing any financial adviser services, financial advise, recommendations or opinions; likewise we don't handle money on behalf of clients or third parties. All parties receiving information from NP Capital complete their own due diligence with their own professional advisors in making decisions.
NP Capital charges a fee for this service and this will be in addition to any fees and charges payable to the successful lender and/ or their agents.
