NP Capital has established relations with external private or eligible investors because there are occasions where:
- the stakeholders of NP Capital may only want to take a minor shareholding in an identified business investment.
- the identified business investment falls outside of their interest group.
- the identified business investment better suits an external private investor's established business investment strategy.
NP Capital's private or eligible investors (as defined in the Securities Act 1978) are New Zealand resident investors who have established a direct business investment strategy.
NP Capital firmly believes that developing relations with new investors is a continuous process. We welcome the opportunity to meet prospective eligible investors and to establish relations.
At NP Capital we undertake to work with private or eligible investors to gain a deeper understanding of their needs, so that we can help them achieve their established business investment objectives.
